In terms of power system, single-phase brushless motor is adopted with strong suction, and the 220V power supply can be conveniently connected, and stepless speed regulation can be realized to select air quantity according to the working condition.
One of the biggest advantages of brushless fan is low noise operation, smooth operation and low noise.Through our special design, the air pressure and air volume parameters are kept at a high level, and the maximum negative pressure can reach 10kpa.
The alloy material of the wind wheel, the unique dynamic balance correction technology, makes the wind wheel run more stable and reliable, and the air intake is larger.

The electrical system adopts the advanced modular circuit board specially designed by our company to realize PWM stepless speed regulation function.Key components adopt imported brands and materials to fully guarantee the safety and reliability of operation.

• Combination filtration, purification thoroughly

Four levels of filtration are used in the filtration system.The primary pocket filter can block the big particle dust inside the cloth bag and clean easily.
Secondary filters, using high efficiency filters, ensure that harmful soot is cleaned more thoroughly.The dust purification rate for the equivalent diameter of 0.3 micron was up to 99.9%.
The use of activated carbon filter with catalyst in the three - or four-layer filter can adsorb and purify air of a variety of odors and toxic and harmful substances.

 

• Universal suction arm or suction hose

The machine can be equipped with 1.4m universal smoking arm, which can be changed and positioned at will (the length can be adjusted according to the customer's requirements without external support).Adopting square smoke hood, the shape conforms to the aerodynamics principle, smoking area is larger and the efficiency is higher.
The square bar suction hose can also be configured to connect with the client suction port.
