In this regard, in addition to using nitrogen vulcanization process to replace superheated water process, avoiding systematic waste of heat and upgrading of fully automatic vulcanization workshop, mold cleaning is also a key step: because the traditional treatment method requires a long time of vulcanization machine Stop, let the mold cool down first, and then heat up after cleaning. The whole process is time-consuming and wastes heat energy. At the same time, frequent switching of the stove also makes the automatic workshop lose the meaning of saving heat.
The cleaning of the mold is generally divided into two situations: one is the replacement of the mold caused by the switching of the specification pattern, and the other is just the cleaning of the mold rather than the switching of the specification pattern. No matter which one it is, it needs to meet two cleaning methods, one is mold refurbishment with a thorough cleaning cycle, and the other is online cleaning during production with an extended thorough cleaning cycle.
