Description
Riselaser has exclusively developed an oscillating welding torch for the hand-held metal laser welding machine. This feature significantly enhances the strength and quality of welding joints, resulting in better weld formability. The machine can perform various welding types, including spot welding, straight seam welding, lap welding, girth welding, and orbital welding. Additionally, an automatic wire feeder is integrated into the machine. Compared to traditional argon arc welding, the efficiency of the hand-held laser welding machine is increased by over 60%.

Why Riselaser
This hand-held welding torch has replaced the outdated hot-melt welding system, providing benefits that extend beyond the ease of welding molds, advertising characters, kitchen utensils, doors and windows, and other items. The use of a hand-held laser welding torch enables welding outdoors and expands welding capabilities from small and lightweight items to large and heavy objects that are difficult to move. This includes stainless steel silos, stainless steel spiral ducts, chimney pipes, and automotive steel pig feeders, with almost no size restrictions.
